We currently ship all across India to serviceable pin codes via our trusted courier partners.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
- We offer 7-day shipping across India (from the date of order confirmation).
- Delivery timelines may vary for remote or rural locations due to courier limitations or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders unless otherwise stated.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery as our delivery partners may not carry change.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking ID and courier details.
- You can track your order status on our website’s Track Order page or via the courier’s tracking link.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we make every effort to deliver within the promised time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, courier partner delays, natural disasters). In such cases, we will keep you updated via email or SMS.
8. Return & Replacement Window
- We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.
